Is it hooping difficult?
No! Just realease your inner child and start gyrating - there isn't anybody who doesn't pick it up easily - and, once you get into it, you just won’t want to stop.

The hula hoops used in hulaerobics classes are heavier than the children's light plastic hoops and are slightly bigger. The weights inside the hoop makes it easier to spin around. Once you've got the rhythm going, the hoop almost spins itself! Just roll the hips back and forth to keep the hoop circling.
Then you can move onto more complicated things like - walking at the same time as hooping, onto running at the same time as hooping, and even dancing at the same time as hooping!
But one step at a time!
Hooping is also good for shedding pounds as it burns as many calories as jogging and aerobics. It’s great exercise for the waist and hips too.
Many hooping regulars also believe that it helps to relieve stress and revive the spirits.
There's no doubt that hulaerobics is good for the body and the mind!
